These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fresh Fluids LLC website (freshfluids.com) and any services provided by Fresh Fluids LLC ("Fresh Fluids", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or scheduling our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
Fresh Fluids provides mobile vehicle fluid services, including but not limited to oil changes, coolant flushes, transmission fluid service, brake fluid flushes, differential service, and related vehicle maintenance, performed at the location you specify when booking.
Service Requests and Quotes
Submitting a service request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement for service. We will provide a quote based on your vehicle and the service requested. Service is performed only after the quote is accepted by you and a date and time is scheduled and confirmed.
All pricing is confirmed prior to any work being performed. We reserve the right to adjust quoted prices if the work required differs from what was originally described, with your approval before any additional work is performed.
Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and the services needed
- You must ensure that we have safe and lawful access to the service location and the vehicle at the scheduled time
- You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authority from the owner to schedule service
- You must ensure the area where service is performed is safe (level surface, sufficient clearance, no hazards)
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a service fee, particularly for remote locations or specially-ordered fluids.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept methods communicated at time of booking. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of future service and may be referred for collection.
Warranty and Limitations
We perform our services using quality fluids and parts and exercise reasonable care in our work. However, we make no warranty as to the underlying condition of your vehicle or whether other repairs may be required.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical conditions, latent defects, or damage arising from those conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles that fail or require additional service after our work is performed unless the failure is directly caused by our work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fresh Fluids LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website.
Hazardous Materials and Disposal
We follow applicable environmental regulations for the handling and disposal of used motor oil, coolant, and other fluids. Used fluids are transported off-site and disposed of through licensed recycling facilities.
Website Use
Our website is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair our website or service.
Intellectual Property

Governing Law
